The concealer is full coverage has a lovely soft texture and it doesnt crease. Tarte on top and elf on the bottom. Coverage with the elf concealer is great.
It is definitely comparable to Tarte. The biggest difference however is that the elf concealer dries MUCH quicker so you need to blend as soon as you apply. This is not the same Tarte concealer that you find in stores.
